In a word: slow. It’s McDonald’s. You don’t go in expecting white glove, spotless service. What I do expect, however, is speedy service. It is, after all, called fast food. I visited this location twice over the past week. Both times were horribly slow. The first time was brutal. There were a few other people in the place but nothing that should warrant moving slower than cold molasses up a hill in January. Our order wasn’t large and should have been fairly easy to put together. It took a while just to place our order(which was rung in incorrectly, and later fixed once we realized there had been an error), then had a lengthy wait to get our food; I’m reasonably certain it took 15−20mins for our order to be prepared: all we ordered were 2 wraps, 2 drinks and 2 fries. Nothing large. Nothing complicated. The second time I stopped to get 3 beverages, again it took FOREVER for them to be prepared. Like I said, I don’t expect fine dining service, but these people do not move with any sort of urgency.
