If you do not care about high quality food, this restaurant will have less of a chance to disappoint you. No reason to eat here in my opinion, there are other good restaurants nearby. It’s a mass-​produced, minimum-​quality chain restaurant in the middle of much better options. The prices are low but the quality follows suit.
What I had: Escalopar Kaiser (chicken cordon bleu) grilled salad, beer.
Ambiance — 3.0÷5
In the middle of many restaurants with outdoor seating on a pretty street (with the current exception of some construction). Honestly, and I’m not meaning to be a snob, but when I see the green «Cristal» seats it loses points. I mean, in the middle of white tablecloth restaurant row in Sanhattan, it lacks the appropriate level of class. The waiters are shirt and tie, which is nice, but the inside of the restaurant is brightly-​lit and lacks character in the same way the the outdoor area does.
Service — 3.5÷5
Prompt, lacking any outward courteousness, but sufficient. An average score that was not swayed by any attempt to exceed standards but also not diminished by an inability to meet standards. That is all.
Food — 3.6÷10
Below average and disappointing. Maybe it’s my wife’s fault for choosing poorly, but the chicken Kaiser was a frozen food product of poor quality, dropped in the fryer for too long and showed up nearly inedible. I can award no points for the generous amount of cheese (or cheese substitute) because it did NOT help. The beer was sufficient (austral, kunstmann ect) but like many restaurants the tap selection was limited and several of the beers advertised were not available.

Clásico lugar de almuerzos para los que trabajamos en Isidora, el menú es muy bueno, abundante y no tan caro. En general la atención es buena, la entrada y el plato de fondo llegan rápido pero para el postre el local ya está lleno y debes esperar bastante. Mi recomendación es llegar temprano y asegurar que tanto el postre como la cuenta no se atrasen.
En verano la terraza es lo mejor.

Un clásico, con clase y precio. Nunca han bajado la calidad, buenos platos a un precio accesible dentro del sector. La atención, muy bien.

Es un clásico y se nota porque la carta no cambia hace años.
Lo mejor es el Crudo con tostadas. Si no le gusta la carne cruda, recomiendo el churrasco al plato y a lo pobre.
Las papas fritas son muy buenas.
La comida en general es buena. Por eso le pongo 4 estrellas.
El problema es la atención: llegas y cuesta que alguien se acerque a preguntar si quiere mesa. Pero son algunos los mozos que tienen mala atención.

Un clásico en sandwiches (el barros luco, el chacarero y otros son la especialidad), aunque tienen otros platos, bastante simples y básicos eso sí.
A la hora del almuerzo tienen un menú ejecutivo (entrada, plato de fondo y postre) muy bueno y de estilo casero, buena opción en horario laboral.
Particularmente en éste –el local de Isidora Goyenechea– los mozos son amables y rápidos, aunque el ambiente es algo tradicional para los que buscan un lugar algo más ondero, fancy o novedoso.

Si uno trabaja por Vitacura, éste Tip y Tap está bueno como para ir a fin de mes a pegarse una «chanchiá».
Recuerdo haber ido en cerca de Navidad con mis compañeros más cercanos de pega para hacer una entrega de regalos y ahí me mandé al pecho una hamburguesa casera con un cerro de papas fritas que me dejó marcando ocupado.
Otro de sus clásico es el Crudo que no puedes dejar de probar. No es barato, pero anda bien para un almuerzo rico con los colegas.
