Un incontournable de Prague pour se régaler d’un bon burger frais!
Cette petite boutique propose de la viande à la coupe et quelques produits d’épicerie mais aussi la dégustation sur place, entre autres, de burgers et de bière (au robinet!)
Quelques tables pour se poser et se régaler, il faut être chanceux… Ou prendre à emporter.
L’accueil est sympathique (rare!) et le cadre simple.
Les prix sont un peu plus élevés que la moyenne à Prague mais vous dégusterez un burgers de qualité avec un pain moelleux au pavot et une viande savoureuse.
Cela reste correct, comptez 6,50 € le burger sans accompagnement.

A high quality Czech butcher and café all in one. You can order any of their fresh meats and they will cook it up for you. They also serve great beer a and wine. I had a Czech sausage and a burger which were both incredible. Would highly recommend this place, the only reason Im giving it a 4 not 5 out of 5 is because the store is very small and cramped (due to its huge popularity)

Naše Maso was absolutely amazing! We loved everything we ordered! We got the burger and the meat loaf! Both delicious and fresh! We got the chance to meet the owner and he was a really nice guy who seems to enjoy what he does! Can’t wait to come back again next time I’m in Prague!
Naše Maso je úplně úžasné! Vše co jsme si objednali nám moc chutnalo! Měli jsme Burger a sekanou. Obojí bylo velmi chutné a čerstvé! Dokonce jsme potkali pana majitele a je to moc sympaticky chlap který si užívá to co děla! Nemůžu se dočkat až příjedu zpět do Prahy a půjdu sem znova!

I am truly amazed by this place, a tiny shop/​bistro where you almost always have to wait in a line to get served and until you get what you want you smell like the food they prepare :))… who would want this? yep… I was asking myself this question when I first entered the place but after tasting their amazing burger and their meet… I got to understand… the only reason why I give 4 instead of 5 stars is exactly because of the smell and the queue ;)

Ehrmaaagoooddd, if I lived in Prague, I’d be here everyday and any thought of ever going vegan would 100% go out of the window (I’m a meat eater with lots of vegetarian tendencies).
All hail the steak tartare and meatloaf. This was the best steak tartare that I’ve ever had– seasoned so well that I felt like I was eating a cooked burger. And they serve a fat garlic piece of the bread (to rub on the bread fyi), which I haven’t seen done since Italy.
And that meatloaf– yummmm. I didn’t even know I liked meatloaf ’till I had that. The meatloaf I always had was with tomato sauce and ground beef and mehhhh.
This review has been my worst written review with grammatically incorrect English. It feels like one long run on sentence, but that’s because I’m constantly drooling about Nase Maso.
I’ll be back soon Nase Maso… which means I have to fly back from Amsterdam but it’s no problem.

Traveling from the States, don’t write that many of these reviews but Nase Maso deserves a solid because it was that good. Came for a meatloaf sandwich (seriously — get this, it amounts to the best burger you’ve had in ages — perfectly flavored and with just a little mustard, we came back for seconds on a different day) but also tried the ribs which were also bursting with savor. It’s small but the line moves quick, everyone’s friendly, and they’ve got a beer faucet built into the wall.

Une superbe adresse locale que l’on aimerait garder pour soi, surtout que les places sont limitées et précieuses pour manger sur place (Nase Maso est principalement une boucherie).
Le sekana (meatloaf) est goûteux, pas trop gras et la sauce moutarde légèrement sucrée qui l’accompagne délicieuse !
Mais le produit à tester absolument est le burger. La viande est généreuse et la cuisson parfaite, légèrement saignante mais pas vraiment. La sauce est la même que celle du sekana.
Attendez vous à faire la queue, l’adresse est très prisée par les locaux mais également par les touristes en quête d’authenticité.

Best meatloaf I’ve ever had, hands down. SO GOOD. SO FLAVORFUL. SO MOIST. SO CHEAP. It’s what they’re famous for, after all.
Nase Maso is tucked away near Namesti Republiky (and it’s hard to miss because of all the hordes of people constantly circling the place), and it’s absolutely 1000% worth your time and your crowns if you’re a meat lover. They have fresh cuts of ethically raised beef for sale, AND you can order food to eat in the butcher shop itself! They have burgers, prime rib, steak (that you can just buy and have them grill for you there on the spot), beef tartare, and of course, meatloaf. For less than $ 4, you can have three nice thick slices of their meatloaf, made with a blend of beef, pork and fat (yes!) and pieces of bread, along with three slices of hearty bread, two sweet pickles and mustard. Hits the spot.
I didn’t finish my meatloaf because it was so rich, and I was silly and ate too much bread, but believe me when I say that I’ve never liked meatloaf before today and I’m still thinking about their meatloaf. These dudes know what they’re doing.

It’s a butcher shop with five small tables that will cook your meat to perfection! The great thing was its all gluten free! We had steak it was beautiful

Prague is so overrun by tourists that it’s hard to find something that is still good and not a tourist trap. Naše Maso is exceptionally wonderful with incredible meat. It is also very affordable for the extremely high quality. And, there is also self-​serve beer available from the wall!
Go here if you love steak, especially with beer!
Then, if you are still a bit hungry, head next store to Bistro SISTERS (
) for amazing little open face sandwiches.

Freunde des Fleisches, da müsst ihr hin! Eine Metzgerei, der man über die Schulter schauen kann und deren Qualität einfach toll ist.
Der Laden hat seinen Schwerpunkt wohl nicht auf Touristen ausgerichtet, denn englische Texte sucht man hier vergeblich. Auf englisch bestellen ging natürlich beim total netten Personal ohne Probleme.

Czech-​ing out the Prague meat scene. Amazing Tatarák (tartar), Sekaná (meatloaf), and quit possibly the most perfect hamburger ever. Believe.
Beer on a self filled tap and ingenious space saving tables that crank away by cables suspended from the ceiling make this place a delight. Charming branding and signage paired with a ‘dine in’ butcher concept it is definitely unique.

Simply perfect. So friendly and such a convenient location. Walked in asked for a burger they cooked it to perfection. Honestly it was so fresh and tasty. Wish I could have one every week!

Jahrelang bin ich an diesem Fleischerei-​Laden vorbeigelaufen und hatte mir immer vorgenommen, diesen mal auszuprobieren. Leider habe ich’s zu lange versäumt!
Die Laden ist eine Kombination aus Metzgerei und Restaurant. Restaurant ist vielleicht ein großes Wort, denn es gibt nur ein paar Stehtische innen und ein paar weitere außerhalb.
Ohne tschechische Sprachkenntnisse kann es etwas schwierig werden, aber alle sind sehr bemüht und schlussendlich bekommt man, was man gerne bestellen wollte.
Die Würste und das Fleisch sind von super Qualität (dry-​aged meat). Die Preise sind günstig und es gibt Bier/​Wasser in Selbstbedienung.
Meine Highlights sind das «Beef-​Tatar» und die Steaks (frisch und auf Wunsch zubereitet).

Casual, but absolutely cool place with fresh meat products. Try the best burger ever! It is really about the meat, not bread :-) cool stuff !

If you love eating meat as much as I do, go here! The food was excellent, and so is the butcher-​restaurant set up that they have. You can learn all about the different meats that they have and how they prepare it. I highly recommend the hamburger and «blade steak». They cook their meats to your exact desire.
Just be aware that there is very limited seating, but they do prepare meals for to-​go orders as well.
Also, the food isn’t as expensive as the 3 dollar signs suggest. It’s very on par with other meals I’ve had in Prague, if not cheaper.

We came before they opened and watched them setup the butcher shop and prepare the meats for display. As soon as they opened, there was already a line of locals. Everything is in Czech, so we had some trouble ordering, but the owner was kind enough to give us some recommendations.
We ordered the pastrami sandwich, flank steak, and beef tartar. The owner also gave us some complimentary Prague ham and salami. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. Loved every bite of everything!

We came here 4 days in a row. Couldn’t make it 5 because my stomach was killing me. Lines are especially long at lunch so try to go after the lunch rush or even for dinner. By the way, everything is FRESH and super CHEAP. We ordered:
–Meatloaf: best meatloaf on the planet
–Mixed sausage platter: We liked all 3 types of sausages, but gravitated towards the spicy one (paprika) and ended up buying 3 more of just those
–Hamburger: Cooked to perfection. Really simple. I wouldn’t say it’s the best hamburger I’ve had, but it’s definitely up there
–Braised pork belly with onions caramelized in beer: This is not just delicious, but it’s an amazing deal. It’s super heavy though… I had to take a serious nap after this one
–Steak tartare: AMAZING. Get this one!!!

A great spot on Dlouha, friendly staff, great fresh food and lovely beer all for a very reasonable price!

We stopped in for a quick dinner and was not disappointed. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The place is tiny as it is actually a butcher shop and there are only a few tables inside and outside. We were lucky enough to snag a table as there were people eating at random places around the shop. Beer and water spigots on the wall which was cool. Based on reviews, we got a steak tartar and a burger. The steak tartar was delicious with the bread. The burger itself was great, but I didn’t like all of the toppings and sauce as I thought it overpowered the actual burger. The couple sitting next to us got steaks which looked and smelled amazing. Will definitely get next time!

A fully functioning butcher shop that also serves up awesome hamburgers, steaks, meatloaf, and pastrami sandwiches. The burgers are awesome, though a bit small by American standards. There’s a (quite literal) beer tap and always an extensive selection of free samples. Oh, and one of the butchers came around with free Vodka shots– which is pretty sick! Definitely an awesome place for a quick bite or all your butchery needs.

Took awhile for us to find this place a friend recommended, easy to miss, but luckily we found it!
There is a language barrier here, and we came for the burgers, and after sitting down, we realized they didn’t have burgers as their grill was broken. So we ordered a sausage platter which came with bread. It’s a very self service place here, where you can pour your own wine and beer (you can have 2 glasses of beer!).
The sausage was tasty and love the mustard here. We also tried a salami sandwich, very good meat, and a real treat.
Highly recommend this place, and try the burger for me if you can!

Heaven for meat lovers! Everything is absolutely delicious, fresh and homemade. Just for explanation — this place is proud to sell czech meat only. I love to go there, nice people, everyone knows what to do and they do it well!
