I spent four nights here during a trip to Copenhagen. To be honest, I did not like this hotel. Lets talk about the room. The shower– AWFUL. Not only did it change quickly between hot and cold, the shower pressure was really weak and the drains appeared to be blocked so this quickly filled the floor whilst showering. There was also a faint smell of sulphur while water was going down the drain. Now, amenities– for the most part everything was available, however it wasn’t until the third day our room was cleaned that we got a cutting board and tea towel to be able to dry dishes. Our room was also cleaned quite late in the day. We had left our room at about 10.30am and spent the day exploring and when we returned at 3.30pm two staff were getting a start on our room, so we just awkwardly sat and waited on the bed for it to be over. The room was quick to fill with dust which was so evident on all the surfaces. On the fourth day we requested that the room be cleaned but this was not done at all. Also the heating appeared to change between freezing cold and boiling hot and I could not sleep comfortably with this at all. I was up during the night each night either opening or closing the balcony door depending on the temperature of the room. During our trip we were in and out of the hotel daily. Not once did a member of staff at the desk acknowledge us with a hello or even looking in our direction. One good thing about his hotel was the access to the gym, swimming pool and spa. The spa was quiet tepid and was the temperature of what I would expect for a swimming pool. The gym has a decent amount of equipment and was easily accessible, though this is also the pathway to the pool and spa so there were a number of children coming in and out, or using the gym as a waiting area. With my reluctance to catch any mode of public transport I instead used über to get around the city. The location was quite poor in my view though there was a coffee shop and grocery store nearby which ensured I didn’t starve to death. Overall, I wouldn’t return. My room was uncomfortable and the shower was just awful. It also didn’t help that staff appeared ambivalent in the presence of other humans near them and did not acknowledge our presence except at check in and check out. I’d look for a place closer to the city centre as you’ll likely end up spending the money you thought you saved on city accommodation on über or public transport.

This is a nice service apartment/hotel close to my office. Although I’ve never stayed in this hotel I’ve been to this place quite a few times at their bar called ottos. It’s a nice, cozy & very close bar close to office so we often go here along with friends, team & colleagues. They have Friday happy hours & also during summer we have some offers like hotdog for just flashing our ID. Can’t complain. Although what we normally buy is drinks & chilli pomfret(chilli French fries), my team absolutely loves this & we end up having nice conversations & are able to enjoy our time. Staff is always friendly & smiling, wiling to help as necessary, a place I wold recommend.

Excellent location from train and Nyhavn. Great value, beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the hotel. Service was also excellent!

I had a very different experience than the other two postings. I agree the location of the hotel can be a bit isolated. But the 10 minute walk to the train station is not bad. Plus, bus 26 also takes you back to Nyhavn and other major downtown attractions directly. When I checked in, or out, I never experienced more than a 10 minute wait. Lastly, the staff is always friendly and helpful. My son was sick, and even though we had checked into one room, used the kitchen, Agne from the front desk arranged us to move to a quieter room, with no charge, I agree using the applicances can be a bit challenging. Slick design, but not very user friendly.

We stayed at Adina for two nights after returning from an 11 day Baltic Cruise. What a disappointment. When we first arrived there was only one young lady working at front desk. She had to check out 75 rooms and take baggage to hold for early arriving new guests. On porters, only her. The apartment, while spacious, leaves a lot to be desired. We had a difficult time getting the air conditioning to cool down. Room warm. The carpeting had a large seam tear that you had to carefully cross to avoid tripping. The television mounted to the wall was smaller than the computer monitor on my desk at home… didn’t matter because television did not work. We went out for the evening and when we returned during a heavy rainstorm the entire lobby was flooded with one young employee running around in panic mode. All in all a complete disaster. Avoid this place!

I liked the location of this hotel between the area my friends live in and the centre of the city. I am actually a bit disappointed that my customer experience with them means that I cannot ever look to stay here again because I’m over here every year. I had to try and modify my stay here a few days after booking(months before the actual stay) due to unforeseen matters out of my control and despite the best efforts by myself and the booking agent it wasn’t possible. They cannot be bargained with, they cannot be reasoned with, they don’t feel pity, or remorse, or fear. It makes me mad just writing about it and recalling the galling interactions I had with them. Some people will say they did nothing wrong but there is such a thing as being reasonable and there is customer satisfaction and not remotely caring about either means everyone suffers… including themselves at the end of the day.
