The Coffee Factory

Came in for a quick breakfast (mostly for its convenient location, close to where I was staying) and ordered the yogurt with muesli, which came in a cute little jar, and a double cappuccino, which was HUGE. Neither the coffee nor the yogurt were superbly outstanding, but they got the job done. I did appreciate the chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino though! :)
Service was fine, but it was a little pricey if I remember correctly, especially the yogurt. The place is pretty small, but I did enjoy the cozy atmosphere! Not a bad start to the day.

Wow! Was ein gemütlicher Ort (der Däné würde sagen hyggelig). Etwas abseits des teuren und sehr touristisch geprägten Nyhavn liegt dieses Café. Es gibt Kaffee in den unterschiedlichsten Variationen, dazu Kuchen oder Kekse oder kleinere Frühstücksgerichte, die hier den ganzen Tag bestellt werden können. Die Kaffeespezialitäten beginnen ab 5 € (35dk), klingt super viel, ist aber für Kopenhagen absolut normal. Dafür ist der Kaffee groß, stark und sehr zu empfehlen! Man kann hier stundenlang sitzen, entspannen, quatschen und die vorbeiströmenden Menschen aus dem Warmen beobachten.

My flat white or cappuccino wasn’t amazing. It was very weak. Couldn’t taste the coffee at all. Deco is really cool. Service is ok.

Copenhagen is known for their intimate cozy coffee shops, and for the center of the city, this one is ok. I prefer some of the other coffee places in Norrebro or Vesterbro, but this is better than any Baresso in the center of town.

Great coffee (Had an Espresso Cortado) + fair price + cosy and comfortable + great service = perfect place for having a cup of coffee and resting your feet

I stumbled upon this place because I was about to buy some vintage postcards from a shop a few doors down, had to go inside the café for an hour due to the pouring rain (I had not prepared for it). I had a mean macchiato and was able to work on my computer with their wifi for a bit. I asked the barista about how they usually make their macchs and cortados and she was very kind in responding. Great overall!

Great coffee and pleasant service.
For a coffee shop they have a good amount of sitting. Some indoors, some outside. However, being that they do great coffees it is busy at times and you might only get a seat inside (which are nice too).
Definite stop if you need a well-​made coffee.
They do sell small snacks (pastry, rolls with cheese, etc).

Coffee Factory is a neat little neighborhood coffee shop with a ton of character and tasty beverages and pastries. I stopped in here for an afternoon tea and a bit of writing prior to my Danish class. This place has a nice cozy, eclectic feel. I enjoyed their loose-​leaf bamboo green tea and a muffin. My only criticism of this place is their general lack of plugs. This makes it a bit limiting if you need to plug in your computer to work for a while, but I suppose it’s not really a camp out for a while sort of café. It also seems they have received recognition for offering the city’s best coffee in the past. The next time I pass through, I will be sure to try their coffee. Overall, I recommend this place if you’re in the neighborhood.
