Best salad bar in Copenhagen. Fresh and delicious.
The price level is fair. The portions are quite big. The best place to find healthy food for take out

After having biked past this place for several months, I finally decided to try it out and went for their «herresalat», which consisted of pulled pork and other goodies. I took it home and enjoyed it so much, that I went back the next day and tried another one. Highly highly recommendable, as it clearly is one of the best salads places in Copenhagen!
I would not recommend staying there to eat, but rather take away, as a lot of people will come in and out in a short period of time. The place is very popular.

I love the choose-​your-​own salad concept. The salmon add-​on is the best salmon I have had, I would love to know how they get it cooked so perfectly!
Salmon, spinach, edamame and the soy based dressing was a good option, but the possibilities are pretty endless here.

The concept is simpel: you mix and match your salad. The ingredients looks fresh and are very tasty.
It’s nice to pick up a salad and just enjoy it outside in the sun!

Amazing, fresh, creative food paired with quick, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. I enjoyed salads from here 2 – 4 times per week during my 3 month stay in Vesterbro. Whoever is behind the ingredient pairings, raw organic choices, healthy drink options and overall vibe of WeDo Food is on point. Whether you order ahead, online, and pick up or go in and sit down to enjoy a healthy lunch/​dinner you leave satisfied. Don’t forget a fresh orange juice from the cooler. Literally the most delicious orange juice I have ever had.

So, if you happen to be around the meatpacking district and in it for some healthy food, this is the joint you would want to look up!
My mom and I popped by for dinner and was straight away struck by the turn-​over — with the sheer quantity of customers popping in and out you know it’s fresh! Also, you get to pick and choose between a range of different salad, a combination of 4 different salad sets you back 49kr (6 quid).
My mom had the mumbai salad and for an additional 10kr (1 quid) she exchanged the lamb with laks. I went for a self made combining quinoa with apples, greens, goat feta and pesto. Together with water and two buns (one glutenfree), it all added up to 160 kr (18quid), so pretty cheap for central Copenhagen.
I definitely enjoyed it and would go back for another healthy salad.

Awesome salad spot. Places like these are common back home but harder to find here. Choose your leafy green, choose some vegis and a meat or two if you want, add some cheese or dressing, and presto, lunch!
