First of all, sorry I have no pictures. Cote Vins is one of the best wine establishments I visited while in Italy and France. I really enjoyed the help and knowledge the owner had about his product. I bought champagne once and red the next time I went. I wanted to buy more wine to bring back to the states, but when I walked to the shop, it was closed for the siesta time and I couldn’t make it back before leaving Nice. The owner suggested two reds that were 9 Euros each, and great! One was from the Rhone region and the other from Provence. Bottom line, visit this shop for great wine and service when in Nice.

I was in Nice for vacation and wanted a bottle of Bordeaux from 1983 to celebrate my birthday. They had it, and it was one of the most amazing wine experiences of my life!!! The sellers are nice and friendly and speak perfect English, and there’s also a cute puppy chilling in the store! We also wanted some champaign (they have great prices compared to the other wine stores in the area) but finally decided to experience Blanquette de Limoux (a rare sparkling wine) that I definatly recomend. I make sure to buy all my wine from this place next time I go to Nice!

Bonjour! This vin shop is next door to the Olive oil store called Nicolas Alziari. The sales guy is pretty young, which I don’t think he knows much of the wines he is selling. But they do have a lot of different wines in stock and at affordable prices ranging from 5 euro and up. They also have some juices: apple, nectar, and other berry flavors. We purchased three bottles: Close De L Etang, Esterelle Cotes de Provence, and UBY rose, and they are not comparable to Napa Valley’s wine. The vin seems a bit watery and the flavor is definitely lacking. I do like the overall shop and the customer service, but the vin needs a tip or two from Napa for sure.
