I was excited to get another CdG wallet during my visit to Paris since the dollar is during great against the Euro! However, the selection of wallets here is extremely disappointing considering it is a CdG store. Even after I asked a sales person if they had more and she lifted out a drawer behind the counter. Almost no half zip wallets or clover ones. I settled on one and it’s definitely much cheaper there than the US, but I wish I had more options to chose from. On the shop itself, there are two sides to the courtyard and they take up both sides. The wallets are on the right side. There is also a small hipster café when you enter the courtyard in case you’re thirsty. There were two customers checking out when I was there and all of the sales people were fully occupied. It took a while to get their attention and to then check out. French speed! Their credit card processing machine also takes the cake for being the slowest one I encountered on this trip!

This is one of my fave brands of clothing and leather goods. I am in love with their wallets and coin purses. The leather they use is high quality, and the pieces last for years. This store is tucked away off of the main street with all the high end stores. There is a sign on the street which leads to a passageway with plants in red pots and a large bonsai-looking tree in the middle of the path. The entrance to the store is on the right. It was amazing and refreshing to view their entire collection. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, don’t forget that the taxes that you pay on the merchandise you purchase can be reimbursed if you ask them for the paperwork at the time of purchase. Don’t forget to bring your passport(and protect it and your merchandise with your life as you’re walking to and from the store from pickpockets!).
