Nice staff, but the entire hotel is very small, the elevator didn’t work two out of the four days we were there and we had huge, heavy bags to carry down four flights of the very narrow, steep spiral staircase. The room was always hot, even with the AC left on. They had to bring in a fan for us although they said it would be fixed the next day.
Again, the staff was nice, and the rooms were nicely updated and decorated.
