Since 2001 I and my husband and several other friends have used this agency. We have always had great results. In 2003 during the heat wave they made sure we had extra fans and contacted us several times during our month long rental to be sure things were ok. There was major construction during this time so they actually reduced the amount we were charged to compensate. They were responsive another time when an apartment in a building above e one we rented sprung a huge plumbing leak that was dripping into our apartment. They contact the building owner who had a master key and was able to get the plumbing leak fixed. This was on a holiday weekend so we were further impressed. We had dealt with owner rentals prior and had a plumbing problem and were told to fix it ourselves so we really appreciated being able to call the agency and have someone else deal with this problem. Another time a heater didn’t work and they moved us to another apartment that actually cost more as it had two bedrooms and they did not charge any extra.
They have always provided extra linens and pillows when needed. The staff was especially kind and welcoming each and every time.

super ZERO stars! once rented out my flat through this agency. long story short, it was supposed to be returned in original condition. they knew i was arriving to use it and when i did, disaster was too soft a word to describe the state. their client-​tenant, a med. class whore, turned out to be a pig whose friends used the pad to party. had to sic my lawyer to get last month rent plus utilities from the agent and to get them to pay for cleaning, new rug, re-​upholster furniture, replace beds, etc. the front door even had to be refinished. so beware, the stylish ladies of this agency got dodgy but i wasn’t going to be victim.
