Pressing 91

I came here to have two loads of clothes laundered, bad decision. It says laundry right in the description of the business so I thought this would be fine. Upon entry the ladies behind the counter were initially friendly until they saw the bags of dirty clothes that I was asking to be laundered. They suggested that I take them to a laundromat and do it myself. I told them I don’t have the time and I would rather pay to have someone else do it for me. They unhappily agreed for a staggering 60 €. As I speak almost no French and they speak no English we were at a stalemate so I unhappily conceded. Then they demanded payment first as if I was just going to leave all my designer clothes there and never come back. Once again I conceded & payed.
When I came back to pick up my clean clothes, which were done at the time we had agreed upon I was blown away to find out that they had not even bothered to fold my clothes. Instead they were packed tightly into an overstuffed bag slightly damp. I was disgusted to have paid 60 € for unfolded damp wrinkled clothes. On top of all this having to deal with their terrible attitudes just added insult to injury.
I don’t understand how business such as this one manage to stay in business

Service horrible, qualité du repassage digne d’un pressing low cost ! rapport qualité prix proche du néant et surtout je suis toujours à la recherché de l’amabilité et du sens commerçant des gérants.
