Für die Pralinen des Meisters lohnt sich jeder Umweg auf dem Weg –von oder nach– Aix en Provence. Zig Sorten in Handarbeit hergestellt –neben Schokolade– mit Zutaten aus den Kräutergärten der Provence. Verkauft werden Schachteln verschiedener Größe. Den Inhalt stellt man selbst zusammen. Tipp: nehmt auf dem Weg nach Deutschland eine der größeren Schachteln ;-)
