Andraschko Kaffee Manufaktur

Die Umschreibung ‘Schwarzes Gold’ trifft das was man hier bekommt schon ziemlich gut.
Auf der Suche nach gutem Kaffee für Schwiegervaters neuen Vollautomaten fiel die Wahl auf Andraschko. Meine Freundin (selbst nicht Kaffeetrinkerin) und ich waren von ‘dem ganzen Laden’ sehr beeindruckt. Noch beeindruckter war ich zu Hause von Aroma und Geschmack. Leider ist der Kaffee längst alle und ich müsste mal wieder die Zeit finden um Nachschub zu holen.

Klasse Café-​Manufaktur wo Kaffee gelebt und nicht nur getrunken wird.
Man schmeckt die extreme Liebe zum Detail und die fast schon wissenschaftliche Hingabe zu den braunen Bohnen.

I’m very glad that I could visit this coffee manufacture of Andraschko. It was wonderful experience, the owners and stuff were really friendly and patient, I had learned lot.
When I first walked in, I could smell the coffee in the air, it was really nice. The manufacture is not huge, but big enough. One side you can see package to package stored coffee beans, the other side you could see different kinds and sizes machines that used to product the coffees. Everything was really organized and clear. Next to see staff office you could also see some others of Andraschko.
I also got chance to try their products. Even newbie like me, I could taste the different at once. It tasted was much smooth and enjoyable. Felt like the coffee was dancing in my mouth after I drank it. In their brand, Just espresso at least nine different kinds. Hopefully in the future I will got chance to try them all. They also have tea products, it was very interested for me as well, as I heard the teas was actually made in Germany, I also tried it out, it was actually not bad. The products are a bit pricy, but I do think it’s worth it.

Von der Kaffeemanufaktur «Andraschko» habe ich bereits mehrfach gehört und durfte auch schon einige Male deren Kaffeeprodukte probieren.
Heute hatte ich die Möglichkeit, mir die Manufaktur direkt vor Ort anzusehen und live mitzuerleben, wie Kaffee geröstet wird. Mit anschließendem «Cupping» (Kaffeeverkostung) und den Genuss eines frisch zubereiteten Espressos (Bohne: Wiener Kaffeehaus Mischung) wurde es ein rundum interssanter und genussreicher Abend.
