One of the rare self service frozen yogurt shop in Berlin! After going to more than 4 shops where you had to pay 30 or 40 cents per toppings or where you were even just limited to a certain number of toppings, i was thrilled to finally find this place! It is completely self service, and you can choose whatever you want to put on your delicious yogurt. It costs 1,99 € for 100g which I found reasonable from what I’m used to pay back in France. I completely recommend this place :)

Youghurt is a must do when near checkpoint charlie! The frozen yogurt here is amazing! And a great selection of toppings to boot! This is just what Berlin needs! The frozen yogurt craze hasn’t taken off in Berlin the way that it has in the states, hopefully this is the beginning of a new trend!

Being from California, I was very skeptical about a frozen yogurt place in Berlin. I am a big fan of the frozen yogurt, though, so I thought that I would give it a try as a snack. I was very pleased with the original, tart yogurt flavor. The toppings selection is quite impressive and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I did not have any of the cereal but I felt like they had a great selection and if I had come by here at breakfast I think I would have thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the atmosphere was pleasant and for a tourist in Berlin it is a great stop while visiting Checkpoint Charlie or some of the other museums around there. Free wifi was, as always, greatly appreciated. I will definitely return the next time I am in Berlin.

Quite close to Checkpoint Charlie, Youghurt is essentially your basic old froyo joint. It’s got a sterile, clean feel, but lacks a lot of personality. There are murals of large fruit on the wall and some plants scattered around, but it felt pretty commercial. The froyo came in two options: what appeared to be raspberry and the normal unsweet yogurt. The toppings options were impressive, and they had just what you’d want — be it rich chocolatey goodness or healthy fruit, and everything in between. Prices were fairly high, so beware. The restrooms were clean. WIFI is there, which is always a plus. Basically, it was just alright. A normal, commercial froyo locale without the pizazz.

I’ve seen quite a few froyo outlets in Berlin on this trip. So, although the American army has left Berlin, the American culture invasion continues Youghurt is located close to Checkpoint Charlie but a little away from the main hurly burly The froyo is self serve, which is my preference. There were only 2 flavours available when I visited but the tart was nice. There was a range of sweet and healthier fruit options though as in many of the German froyo places, the fruit was in a sauce rather than cut into fresh pieces The surprise came when what appeared to be a cereal topping bar was in fact a self serve breakfast cereal option. You choose your favourite mix of grains and add milk They serve freshly squeezed orange juice and some cakes This is the first self serve cereal bar I’ve seen. I wonder if it will catch on
