Textilpflege Junge & Hay

Ich habe bisher nur schlechte Erfahrung mit dieser Reinigung gemacht! Da bekommen andere Reinigungen Flecken deutlich besser weg. Besonders schlecht ist der Service bzw. Kundenumgang. Der Herr ist recht nett & bemüht, aber die Damen sind dagegen sehr unfreundlich bis geschäftsschädigend. Deshalb nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

Immer super, sie bekommen jeden Fleck raus! Nicht ganz billig, aber definitiv das Geld wert!

If you know the phrase, «You get what you pay for,» you will understand exactly why Junge & Hay is as expensive as they are.
In 2008, a saleswoman at the wedding gown store b+a+c recommended Junge & Hay to me. I had paid over EUR2000 for my wedding dress and only wanted to trust it to the very best dry cleaner in Hamburg.
It was extremely important for me to find a good dry cleaner because I had had so many bad experiences at other dry cleaners in Hamburg, ruining numerous fantastic articles of clothing from the U.S. and then giving me attitude when I complained about it.
Junge & Hay was the opposite of what I had experienced before. They smiled when I came in making me feel warm and welcome. They listened carefully as I explained what I wanted from them. They were extremely patient and calm even though my German in 2008 was horrible.
Junge & Hay is the only place I go when I want to dry clean an article of clothing that is very important to me.
