My order didn't arrive! The employee failed to indicate the necessary information on the package, and as a result, the order was returned to the store. The employee, Markus, is making me pay for his mistake and is even trying to scam me. I only received a small portion of my money back and was sent a strange invoice where all the products were suddenly €2 cheaper, plus I was charged for the return delivery to their store.
