If you have a lot of time on your hands go ahead and visit this location. 30 min wait for 6 cars … They either need more people or a better process. They have a good product just everything else that’d rate them 2 stars

Great coffee, food and friendly staff. Two stars because of the wait in the drive thru. Almost no point in having one if the wait is forever. They either need more people or have a bigger location. You can literally take a nap while waiting in between cars.

The drinks are really good. The employees are very friendly too! My only thing is they’re a bit slow. Sometimes they’ll come out and take orders if the line is getting long, but they’re still slow with making orders. Other than that, it’s really good here and prices aren’t too bad.

This is a drive thru place. You can also order outside if you don’t want to drive thru. My friend tells me it’ll take a while to order when you drive thru so you’re better off getting out and ordering at the window. My friend ordered me their signature drink which is the mango calamansi iced tea. It is so the bestestest! I’ll have to try other drinks. There are other locations where you can go inside and kick back. I’ll definitely go back, but at another location to try other drinks.

The waitresses were kind and the outside patio was good to have a conversation or smoke. The location is close to Micronesia mall. They sell cupcakes but only serve 3 kinds. Unless you need to get one from drive through, for many reasons, I would rather just visit another branch because there is another one very close from this one in just about 2 minutes by car. You can make a plastic reward card here with only a phone number. Make it if you are a regular customer to occasionally get a free drink.

Newly renovated and slightly expanded with room for outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly and quick in processing orders, especially the drive thru(compared to the Tamuning branch). One will actually come out and take your order while you’re waiting in line. It’s surprising to see this efficiency considering that this branch is so much smaller than the two-storey Tamuning location.
