I only ate here once but i must say that i enjoyed it. The food tastes great and the staff are friendly. It was a lunchtime but they were fast in refilling their food.

I have always enjoyed Panda Express. However, I believe it has to do with the concept more than the food. I mean who doesn’t love Chinese food that is quick in service. I know I do. Yet, this brilliant concept seemed to differ from this establishment. Okay, so this is my adventure at Panda Express. The setting was a brisk Saturday afternoon. The time was roughly 3:25 and the sun was beaming over my head. To keep this story 100% accurate, I just came back from playing a rough soccer match and sweat was pouring for my brow. YES, POURING!!! It was very serious! Anyways, I decided to go to Panda Express for a quick dinner. I had a unique craving for orange chicken. And who can honestly blame me? I mean their orange chicken is succulent in flavor and delicious. So I went into the Panda Express only to find out the line was ridiculously long. I decided to wait in line because I couldn’t break this fever with just any old piece of chicken. I needed orange chicken. Okay, to speed up this story. They ran out of orange chicken when I got to the front of the line. OMG, HOWDOYOURUNOUTOFCHICKEN? They have 12 cooks in the back. Total exaggeration… But honestly, how? I had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for the orange chicken to come out as well. It just put a damper on the meal. Overall, the staff was rather friendly and nice. The establishment was rather clean too. It was a rather good experience, other than the orange chicken fiasco, and for that reason I give them 3 stars. Honestly, no one likes a sad panda and the lack of orange chicken equates to a really Sad Panda.

Our go to Chinese food stop. Service is always friendly and they can move a line quickly. We typically do take out, but restaurant is always very clean looking. Food is always warm and fresh tasting, it’s nice knowing it hasn’t been sitting out long. Love the noodles, Beijing beef, and sweet fire chicken! 2 entrée plates are $ 8.95… 3 entrée plates are $ 10 something, but do the survey from the back of your receipt each time you go. Then you’ll get a 3 entrée plate for the price of a 2!

After all, it is great to have something prepared in open kitchen instead of having food sitting for a while. i love it. Of course, there are more choices back home(US mainland) but for GUAM… it is GREAT! The price point is higher than the mainland, but for Guam standard… it really is a great deal! Golden Arch price could get higher without 2 choices of entrees, etc.

This Panda Express gotta have the most seating among the PE stand alones in the USA. However, when I went there, most were taking out, rather than dining in. The rice was dry, the fried shrimp was over-cooked(I was able to ask for another batch, but it was still the same), while the angus steak was inconsistent — had some hard pieces and some soft pieces. I’ll never understand the reasoning behind adding an extra charge for the so called«premium» items, when they should just keep it at a set price. The only saving grace, as far as ratings are concerned, is the very friendly staff. Let’s hope that this trend continues and isn’t just a fluke just because it is newly opened.
