I was a bit torn between a 5 star or 4 star rating but ultimately settled on the latter.
Midham is arguably the best tasting Korean restaurant on island. The interior is very simple but is quite clean. Than again, you are with a mission to stuff yourself with a Korean feast. Midham provides a bountiful selection of dishes that will make you want to come back for more.
I highly recommend the steamed pork with cabbage leaf and kimchee. If possible, call in advance and ask when their next kimchee shipment is coming in. Trust me, it is delicious. However do note that oysters are mixed in and it definitely adds to the flavor.
Side dishes are very fresh and the beef used for the kalbi and bulgogi is well prepared. The food does not have that tired look or feel that other places have.
The service was quite good and very friendly but I do recommend making a reservation if you intend to have a party of 5 or larger.
