Had the Le Bartholomé. Bun was soggy when served. Even tho there was plenty of juice coming from the patty, I couldn’t really taste it; might have something to do with the amount of seasoning they put whilst cooking it on the grill. Solid burger all round but for the money you pay, there are other places that offer better quality and value.

Service like fast food & a bit confusing. But the burgers were quite nice but it came rather fast, like it was made before I ordered it. I had the basic burger with some very ordinary fries & a canned soda & it was $ 160. With Crystal Jade next door with great food & proper table service at about the same price and McDonalds down the hall at about $ 30 – 50 per person, I don’t know where this place stands? If it were below $ 100 per person, it would be 4 – 4.5 stars.

(Quality) Fast food at sit down food prices. I’m marking this as three stars because of the poor value for money: prices in here are definitely set at IFC2 heights. Menu and ordering are fairly straightforward. A solid lineup at lunchtime and dearth of seating boded well. Friendly service. I ordered the veal burger, medium rare, no fries. The order turned up at my seat moments after finding somewhere to sit. No wasted time! The burger was delicious — perfectly cooked patty, with the coriander and blue cheese fillings subtly detectable. The onion relish was a bit overpowering, thick and sweet. Soft fluffy buns, like a brioche. Easy to hold and eat — meeting my maxim of never eating anything bigger than my head. A delicious burger, all said. The price tag for the burger plus a soft drink was HKD145. At this price, this is an indulgence, not daily fare. But the speed of service and restaurant layout shouts fast food. I say give a go once in a while– or at least once.

Medium Rare: comes out Well-Done. I suspect that it’s because they wrap the burger in a foil allowing the burger to cook a bit more. The Fries were thin and cooked to a crisp. Some people like this, but I prefer the wedge-type fries. By my «American standards» for a really good burger, it’s still mediocre. Nothing special, but its still a decent burger spot. The bun engulfs the meat patty so I felt that I was just eating mostly bread. I’d pick The Butcher’s Club over this one folks. But, if you’re around IFC mall, you could give this place a try. Sadly, this is all I have to say about this.

Good but overpriced, their«medium» is actually well– done, so take the medium-rare if you want to see some actual meat. Good atmosphere but not going to be the best burger you ever had…

Tried this new burger joint at IFC today but was super disappointed! Burger itself was okay but the French Fries were SOFT! When complained to the server he said to me politely that their soft fries were a KNOWNPROBLEM! So mad that they didn’t tell me when I ordered. Should not have spent $ 40 to upgrade for a combo for soft fries and a can of coke! Not worth that $ 175 I spent. If you like your fries crispy, AVOID this burger joint.
