A chain bakery owned and operated by a Singaporean food concept company that also runs Food Republic, ToastBox, and Din Tai Fung in Hong Kong. Just like any other bakeries that are highly influenced by the Japanese, products here do look familiar maybe just slightly different from Yamasaki, A-1…prices are competitive too.
This particular branch has a entirely open kitchen where you can see how breads are prepared (of course from ready made dough). And this is one of the attraction customers like — freshly baked goods right out of the oven steaming hot and the aroma of freshly baked bread is a great marketing tool.
Final word, if you are passing by and feel a little hungry, it’s worth a try. Who can resist a freshly baked bread that is stuffed with a lot of goodies?
