Cipriani

As with all Cipriani restaurants around the world, Cipriani Hong Kong is the epitome of fine dining. Yes, this location is members only, but I highly recommend a visit if you can.
The vitello tonnato is heavenly, as is their curried shrimp with rice pilaf. I can never get enough of the crepselle alla crema. This may be my favorite dessert anywhere.
I threw a surprise party for the ex-​Mrs. E’s 50^th birthday. The private dining room was as beautiful as the rest of the restaurant. The staff was so helpful in planning and executing the menu. The pasta with freshly shaved white truffle was superb. The veal chops with butter and sage were thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was a perfect party.
A few years ago when Cipriani finally opened a restaurant in Beverly Hills (there were already four or five in New York), we were very fortunate to have the chef from Cipriani Hong Kong at the helm in the kitchen.
