We stopped by to try their wonton (wantun) noodle soup and of course their fish cake noodle soup as they are named after them. It’s one of those local eateries where we share communal round tables.
I like how the broth for their noodle soups is clear with very subtle and fresh flavoring. The fish cakes (balls and slices) were cooked with nice chewy texture. A simple and delicious meal!
