It was really good noodles I got the beef and my wife got the chicken. I got medium spice and it was good in America we don’t like over powering spice. How ever the hot is really hot my wife is from Thailand and she thought it was hot. Still a great eat and it is on a side walk even though the map looks like a street. It has a black sign and is like 6 stores up from cherry street.

I lived right down the street from these guys. Absolutely great people. I’m not sure how their English is (they allowed me to struggle through our conversations with my poor Mandarin), but if the reader has any fingers, pointing should work.
You absolutely have to try the Sichuan cold noodles (川式凉面), which are absurdly cheap and fantastic. Also they have no meat which was wonderful when my vegetarian sister visited. The garlic pork is also very tasty, but you’ll want to get some rice with it. And if you’re of European descent you get the added bonus of getting to worry whether you smell like garlic.

Hands down the best noodles I ate in Hong Kong. If you like spicy then this is the place to go.
The meat is very very tender. No bones. And the meat is so good with the spicy soup. The green peppers and peppercorn makes. A great crunch onto the vermicelli noodle. I would say this is something you shouldn’t miss out on.
My girlfriend and I always eat here on Saturday or Sunday mornings. This place is not to be missed place.
If you are around the area please drop on by. You won’t be disappointed.
