Great place for good western food, clean, up together and even slightly trendy ! Try it for breakfast before work or the day out sightseeing.

Located at San Ying Pun. My friend and I decided to come here for dessert and what caught our attention is the ambiance. Arriving around 8 plus, the restaurant was ¾ full. We managed to get a good seat inside and it is a good environment for catching up with your friends. Looking at the menu, it offered a good variety of Western food and dessert. Even though I was not full from my dinner at other restaurant nearby, I decided to have dessert instead. Certain items on the menu caught my attention and ‘Ice Cream ChimiChanga’ was what I ordered. Didn’t wait long for the dessert to serve, taking one bite of it and ‘wooooo’ was my reaction after my first bite. The ice cream is wrapped up with flour tortillas making it a nice combination, and you can mixed it with raspberry to enjoy it even more. At the price of HK$ 78, I find it to be pricey but what do you expect when enjoying a meal in this kind of restaurant? As for the service, it was ok. The waitress serving us understood and spoke English well. Overall, I enjoyed my dessert and my glass of white wine. I may return to try its main course in the near future.

Had coffee and pastry for breakfast. They serve illy coffee and it is presented & served according to illy standards. However service is slow & inconsistent — my friend was given a glass of iced water but when I asked for one I got a small glass & no ice. They also heated my muffin to almost melting point without even asking if I wanted it warmed. The place was almost empty so no real excuse for poor service.

The staff is so unfriendly that I decided to write a review. What could be a nice lunch spot is overshadowed by rude staff. I won’t go back again.

the only place I’ve been back to besides my company’s own… good menu: everything from Nachos to Pasta, good food: pretty sure they use Cool Ranch Doritos for their Nachos, and good service: for HK, I’m relieved that they speak English, have English Menus, aren’t yelling all around me, and understand the value of a genuine smile, a please, and a thank you. btw– there isn’t an Auto-Grat on my Take-Away bill(I don’t remember if there was when my coworker and I dined in) so please be sure to tip accordingly

Food and Service is nothing good to mention about –the over easy egg was way over cooked –the server does not care to work and rolled her eyes to customer Not recommend this place

This place? Ehhh… just ok. The menu doesn’t specialize in any type of ethnic cuisine. So expect fusion food. I ordered a Thai Salad. It was good, as expected, but nothing that could have made it great. My companions were raving about the DUCK though. So, maybe you should give that a try. We came on a Friday Evening. A dimly lit dining room gives it a bit of romantic edge. A good place to take a date, I guess.

Just now I realised it’s from the same group as Jaspar, cos they used the same«Super Monday» poster… Anyway, the menu is standard and so is the quality, which is a safe choice taking my mum out for lunch. The lunch set is massive, only the starter salad is very filling. The beef stew is okay, tho the beef was a bit overcooked… and the lunch set came with a dessert too(pear with ice cream). The environment is great for a catch up, there is indoor /semi-open seating, which we have taken the semi-open seat for people watching.

I love brunch food, so does my cousin, thus we decided to come here for a Sunday brunch. We both wanted the eggs benedict(yummm), I got the mushroom and she got the salmon. I always like to test out a restaurant’s brunch menu by getting their eggs benedict, if it’s on the menu. The verdict from the both of us is that… it passed the test! I wouldn’t say these are the best eggs benedict I’ve tried, but they are definitely better than others that I’ve tried. The hollandaise sauce was good, it made me wish there were a bit more of it on the eggs, hah. I would be willing to get these again, but this restaurant has tons of yummy items on the list such as: Sautéed Mushrooms with Burrata, Butter Milk Crepes, etc. Definitely planning on coming back here to try out their other dishes. :) Advice: I would strongest advise making a reservation if you plan to dine here. Although it is not required, they do get super packed, for both lunch and dinner. So if you don’t want to wait or definitely want to try the restaurant, do yourself a huge favor by calling ahead to make a reservation!

Castelo Concept’s High Street Grill is located in Sai Ying Pun, quite a hike up the hill from Des Voeux Road West. A couple of us decided to try their set lunch on a week day, at around 1pm, so we got on the tram and headed west from Admiralty. It took us a good sweat to walk up the streets leading to the restaurant. We got there just at lunch time but most tables were free. A mix of concrete and wood, the interior design is great; it’s a wide open plan with a big bar in the middle and glass door opened out to the street. I thought of it as the perfect hangout for drinks on a Saturday night. We sat at one of the small tables in the middle, the table nicely decorated with flowers and one of the waiters brought the menu which we already knew was priced at 98HKD(plus service charge) and had a few good options as mains. We decided to go for the Caesar salad as a starter — nothing more than a mix of greens… was okay -. As the main we both ordered the pork with the sweet potato mash and this one was really good. Portion wise a bit small though. I skipped the dessert and started to think about the way back to the office… Overall, the experience was okay. In all fairness, as I never have dessert, I should have gone for a set lunch that excludes it but includes a drink. I personally won’t come back to eat, not because their food or service wasn’t great, but because I have much better options around Admiralty at the same price. But I may drop by for on an evening and sat by one of the huge windows facing the street and have a drink or two…
