Very tasty Northern Chinese cuisine. The shark’s fin soup was well done with the broth having rich flavors of chicken and ham after hours of infusion, the one downside was the skimpy portions of shark’s fin itself. Other dishes like the crab maw and braised pork shoulder were also nicely done, though they were outshone by the xiao long bao and pan fried pork buns.
Top notch service for a Chinese establishment and definitely upscale throughout.
