Some more hotpot again. Winter rocks. There aren’t many hotpot options in Central/Soho, so we actually took a cab to North Point just to get some decent hotspot. Everything was pretty standard here. You get one round of all different sauce to mix it up to your preference to start, then you order your soup base which the spicy one is always my favorite. They also do chicken hotpot here too, but it gonna take 20mins to prep so we decided not to go with it. The beef selections were great but on the pricey side. I liked the premium balls combo a lot. They got ruffle balls, shrimp and cheese balls, geoduck balls and squid balls. Man, that’s the best combo I’ve ever had. Beers and drinks are slightly on the pricey side as well. At first you wouldn’t notice, but they added up — averaging HKD$ 400+ pp. Not the end of the world, and the food was worth it, but I wouldn’t mind a cheaper option if there is any.
