I think this place is just OK. Hyped up by reviewers. They do serve good Ramen. It’s not bad, but it’s nothing special. People do wait to get seats here though as it looks like a crammed place. If there’s a wait here, I’d suggest you just go somewhere else. And that’s all I have to say about that.

First night in HK, my friends and I decided to explore food places near our airbnb apt. We were so surprised that there was so many classy-looking restaurants within 50 feet of our building. One of these restaurants was this Ramen place. At first, we were skeptical on the quality of the Ramen because it is essentially Chinese Ramen. All I can say is that I am glad to be proven wrong. The soup base was very hearty and filling and because they gave us the option to choose the consistency of the noodle, I was able to get my Ramen noodles not so soggy — which I hate. Along with giving customers the option to choose the consistency of the Ramen, customers also had the option to get extra noodles, meat, or scallions for an extra price. Their only disadvantage(which didn’t really bother me at all) was that they only had three different types of the same Ramen. The classic was their original Ramen with pork belly, the lite only has been sprouts, and the Supreme has pork shoulder instead of pork belly. Some people might want more variety, but personally, I am glad I only had three choices because it made choosing a Ramen really easy. They only offer one beer which also happens to be one of my favorite types of beer — Asahi beer. Overall, I enjoyed my time here greatly. The food was good and the service was pretty good — didn’t have to wait long for the food. The total price per person came to around $ 15 which is pretty good for Ramen considering I got a beer and extra noodles. I would recommend this place to anyone whose looking for good cheap Ramen I’m Causeway Bay and I can definitely see myself coming here again before I leave(especially since it’s so close).
