Wanted local desserts after dinner so checked this place out. Looked promising. Lots of patrons and pricing was reasonable. Was not disappointed. The mango with sago was delicious. So was the durian dessert. One minor error in the description. It said Mango, grapefruit and sago. It is actually mango, pomelo and sago. Then again I could be wrong and pomelo could technically be a grapefruit. Ha!

This place is very local and authentic and serves a pretty good traditional HK style dessert! The service is not very good though as with many places here but it won’t stop me from getting my sweet tooth on! The prices here are very cheap as well and I think traditional Chinese desserts should be healthier than western cake and ice cream… Maybe… One thing I do like about this place is that the desserts are not as sweet as Honeymoon which means they maybe use more natural ingredients and don’t put too much additional sugar or additives inside! In the summer I would definitely recommend the fluffy shaved ice! I’ve had the mango and the coconut one here which are both pretty good! I would also recommend the mango juice or coconut milk with sago and mixed fruit! The sago balls are tiny clear tapioca balls that are sweet and chewy! If you are a fan of bubble tea you will love them! In the winter for a warm treat, I recommend the sesame soup with some sesame or peanut filled rice balls which are like mochi! The almond tea is also pretty good and if you are feeling like you are getting a cold, the ginger tea will heat you right up! Overall a great dessert place!

A small spot in Tsim Tsa Shui, we popped in here to try some of their mango desserts. The mango grapefruit sago is delicious, a great blend of textures(frozen slush, cold fruit, gummy sago beads, milk) and flavors(sweet mango and milk, sour grapefruit). It’s a beautiful thing. We also had the mango pudding. It’s got three layers – mango mouse, mango chunks, and then a kind of jello-y layer. I don’t like jello, so I didn’t like this, but it all seemed terrifically fresh and was well flavored. They have a big dessert menu, not just mango-based, and if I lived in Hong Kong I’d plan to come back to try the durian crepes and have the sago again. Good stuff.

Best place we encountered for desserts. The mango desserts were especially fresh tasting and refreshing. The chestnut soup was good, but mango products were much better.
