Nature Plus

If you are planning on living to a 110 years old but just don’t quite know what to eat then I have the place for you. If you ate at Nature Plus every day of the week I’d bet on you living for ever. Gluten free, diary free, wheat free, sugar free, are all options… however, take out all those and the food tastes, well, healthy, which in most cases isn’t the taste I’m after.
Anyway I was convinced to eat here because it’s only a five minute walk from where I live and my girlfriend is trying not to eat meat one day a week. Sure why not? We entered thinking it was a restaurant but were instantly mistaken. Yes there is a kitchen, a tiny menu, and warm food but the majority of the store is dedicated to selling natural, healthy food products. Like spirulina, or coconut sugar. I had a read through there menu, all five dishes, and chose the curry with tumeric basmati rice while my girlfriend went for a salad wrap. Being that there are so few choices it came as no surprise that our food arrived within minutes.
We sat upstairs admiring all the healthy options we had ignored our entire lives. In this case ignorance really was bliss, I never bothered research for alternatives to the junk I was putting in my body and now that I was confronted face to face with them I felt like I needed to change my diet! The food, as mentioned, tasted healthy. After finishing it I immediately decided to go for a kit-​kat simply to bring my body back to equilibrium.
It’s not a place I can see myself returning to every day, not to eat anyway, but it is a great option for things like gluten-​free pasta, supplements, and the such that I can’t find in Welcome!
