Page One

There are a number of Page One bookstore locations within Hong Kong International Airport. This business listing does not make a distinction of which location it is referring to within the SkyMart. There are a number of them throughout the airport including before and after passport control.
I checked out a couple of the locations after passport control on the 6^th floor. Was looking for magazines and newspapers to read on the plane. Both locations I went to had a sizable selection of books. They also had traveler items like bottled water and Hong Kong related souvenirs.
But I found the magazine newsstands to be quite impressive. They carry a wide assortment of publications. Not just ones published in Hong Kong. They have periodicals from Japan and Taiwan as well as international titles. Of course, the pricing is marked up but at least you have the option to pick up a copy of your favorite magazines while away from home without missing a beat.
For some reason, I couldn’t find the newspaper section at the location below the main food court. But I did find copies of local papers in another location. A consistent product selection is the only con I have to say about Page One.
If you are looking to pick up some books or magazines before your flight, the selection at Page One will more than suffice most travelers needs.
