One block away from Metropark Hotel Kowloon and next to the 7-Eleven. This was a well rounded bakery and I got the usual croissants and milky breads. Everything was good but nothing was outstanding compared to other HK pastry shops.

I am not a big fan of I-Square. It takes forever to go to the upper floor and there seems to be scarse good restaurants or shops to visit. Therefore, I kind of avoid this mall unless our of necessity. So today I went there to run some errands, after that I decided to try the afternoon set at Panash. Panash is kind of well known for its freshly baked bread and you simply cannot resist giving it a big bite. We ordered the high tea set and while we were waiting, I happen to notice that this place is a rather quiet place for people to sit back and relax in a hectic afternoon. Watching businessmen walking back and forth in suits, sweating, talking on the phone, is kind of a fun thing to do. Finally the food was here. Comparing our plates with the picture on the menu, of course there must be something different, but what can I say — who truly believes the food looks exactly the same as shown in pictures. As long as it tastes good, I do not really care. Our plates were full of sandwiches and cakes. Though it was not exceptionally good, given its price, I would say that it is of good value of money. Also, the service was fairly nice as the staff seemed rather attentive and efficient. Overall I enjoyed the meal there very much and that might be the reason why I go back to I-Square next time.
