Found this gem in TST so I wouldn’t have to go to Central/LKF for hookah. So far in HK i have been to Sahara, Boba Bear, and this place. When I visit HK again I am definitely coming here or Sahara(LKF). The location was nice, we sat at the outside patio facing the harbour. The environment was very chill and hookah was actually good. The price was decent being in HK and not rape prices. The staff was nice although not to quick to respond when I needed more coals. I had to ask about 3 times and finally asked the guy that’s bringing out the hookahs to refill some. They had belly dancing at night which was a plus. Who wouldn’t want to smoke hookah by the harbour watching a gorgeous woman belly dance? Would recommend to any friends in HK to try!

We came here a couple of times for shisha since it is conveniently located in Tsim Tsa Tsui. The hookah was well packed and it was a great ambiance. They are located right on the harbor and you can get a beautify view of HK from there. We also ordered a pitcher of Sangria when we were there, and this was delicious for HK standards. The other fun part was that they have a live belly dancer who performs and gets people to dance with her. It just makes the ambiance more fun and everyone enjoyed the added touch.

Some say that RA is home to the best shisha in town. My friends and I, having heard that, were pretty curious to try it out. We were used to having pretty ordinary shisha in LKF and Central, so we really wanted to see how the shisha at RA would be any different. We came at around 6:30 and since it was still early and a weekday, it wasn’t extremely packed. There were five of us and we were given a table immediately. We decided to get a jug of sangria to share between all of us, and we all took our time to decide on our main courses. None of us had had Moroccan food before, so this was an all-new cuisine to all of us! In the end, we ordered three dishes to share — the lamb tagine, the chicken tagine and the oven baked chicken cous cous. The food took its time to arrive, but we were fine with it as we weren’t in any hurry. Of the three dishes, my favorite was the lamb tagine. The lamb was very nice and tender, and the sauce that came with it really brought out the flavor of the lamb. I’d never tasted anything like that sauce before — it was a very pleasant mix of herbs and spices, and it was just really good. The chicken tagine was good too, but not as great as the lamb one. The chicken cous cous was the last to arrive — I normally don’t like cous cous, but I really liked how it was made here! The chicken was very tender too, although a bit salty. And now — on to the shisha! There were a bunch of different flavors — the regular fruit flavors, like grape mint and lemon mint, were $ 170, but we decided to go with the ‘Pharoah’s Pipe’ for $ 230. Its description says it’s double apple and mint with orange juice as a shisha base, which sounded really interesting. The shisha here was definitely different from anything we’d tried. It was delicious, first of all(can the word ‘delicious’ even be used in this sense?), and stronger too. The flavor also didn’t seem to run out as quickly as others did. I was really glad we chose this flavor, although I’m sure the others are just as good! Overall, the food here was great but a tad pricey for its portion. The shisha here is definitely worth trying — it’s a little more expensive than at other places, but it really is better! Just a note — if you want to use the toilet, you actually have to walk to the mall behind you so it is a little bit of a trek.
