Amazing quality of jamón (Spanish ham)! Some are aged 42 months, some 50+ months, some acorn-​fed and some grain-​fed, you name it. They also carry chorizo and salchichón, olive oil, sparkling water, wines and jars of anchovies. Everything was of very good quality!
Just learned that they just had their soft opening in mid-​November, not long ago! It’s at the corner on the slope so it can easily be missed (and if you do, it’s your big loss!)
The shop is small but it’s amazing how they can fit shelves of products, a bar table, a counter with blocks of ham displayed and being carved and even a small bathroom!
Service was very friendly. Jason and Louisa are both friendly and knowledgeable.
You’re paying for extremely good quality ham that is carefully sourced and selected. So if you like to enjoy life a little, make a stop here to get some ham to pair with your wonderful wine!
