I think this is a hidden gem in Yuan Long. I did not have dinner here. It was recommeded by a buddy who took me here to have afternoon tea. There is special tea set every afternoon. I had a Tofu Cheese Cake and Tea for only HK$ 38 (equivalent of US$ 5), great value. The special tea set varies between HK$ 38 to HK$ 70. Some is really a meal of its own, like spaghetti… etc. There is also a small patio outside. Service is good, you can sit as long as you like. Definitely a plus in Hong Kong, where plenty of places will hand you the bill as soon as you finish.
