It’s the second time I have come to this restaurant and I think many more to come whenever I get to the Yuen Long district. But of course there are many other restaurants to try out around that area.
Back to the restaurant. It is highly-​rated at
, an almost-​exclusive HK restaurants site. So I guess that said a bit about the quality. I had the most famous beef noodles. The soup was beef soup of which it has been boiled for 16 hours and rested for three days before use to get the taste. Awesome. The noodles was chewy too. And the beef, although only 3 pieces, they were tender and had the best proportion of fat the meat. Kinda costly for this one though. $ 47 for a bowl of beef noodles. +$ 15 for an iced drink.
The restaurant is small. So be expected to wait or sit outside or share table with other eaters.

Arguably the best Taiwan beef noodle restaurant I had tasted. The beef nearly melts in your mouth! If you are still hungry the potstickers are super tasty too. Can’t beat the boba nai cha either. I love this place!

Had the pork chop rice for lunch, $ 38, no drinks included. It’s comes with a crispy fried pork chop, side cabbage, and marinated minced meat on rice. The pork was slightly dry on the inside, but I’ll overlook that because the outside batter was surprisingly crunchy.
Besides this, the other popular item is the beef noodle.
