Dinner with friends here on last Tuesday. This is a very small restaurant that serves 3 to 4 tables of 6 to 10 people each. There is a limited dinner course to choose from (see menu) starting at a base price of HKD$ 668. I had the rack of lamb with the truffle pasta which is not bad but not memorable neither. The sea urchin (uni) is bland and should not be mixed with rice cake. Part of the dinner is prepared with molecular gastronomy so we have to taste the food to know what it is. Throughout the whole dinner course, I have yet to find one outstanding item that gives me an excitement besides the wines. Maybe I just expect to taste more exotic food at this price range. Corkage is free and service is excellent.
