Omg! can’t believe I found my favorite andong chicken chain from Korea here in HK! You gotta try the original andong chicken here with cheese! It’s basically chicken, glass noodles, carrots, potato, onion, and other veggies all boiled together in a delicious sweet, savory, and spicy broth. It’s not a soup dish since the broth gets absorbed into the chicken and veggies so you can eat it by itself or usually with rice!
As always there is a long queue on weekends and during peak dinner hours as this is a pretty popular Korean restaurant.
Be warned, the super spicy level one is super spicy! I usually get mild or the first level of spice which you can also tone down by adding cheese!
