The food here is delicious — don’t miss the fresh spring rolls or the pomelo salad. What’s great about the curries and other mains is the huge number of vegetables. Chinese vegetarian restaurants often focus on one type of meat substitute, but the dishes here have a wide mix of veg alongside the vegetarian duck, scallops or whatever. The only thing I dislike are the drinks, as the water here has a slightly strange aftertaste.
Note that this is a small, hole-​in-​the-​wall type place; it would be pushed to fit twenty, and the tables spill out onto the street. I usually don’t wait long for a seat but at peak times there can be a queue. They do do takeaway, but might not accept orders if it’s a very busy evening.
