The Chinese Timekeeper Limited

Buying a present for a man is always a tricky one, especially if he likes exclusive things but has them all. I thought about a watch (I know, not very original…) but it had to be unique and it had to have some Chinese details in it. I checked online and came up with these guys.
As I got to their small shop in Stone Nullah, a member of the staff welcomed me and I explained what I was after. I had had a quick look at their website and I wasn’t 100% sure I was going to find something I (he!) liked. He showed me a couple of watches, with a minimalistic design, as I had suggested and I pretty much fell in love with them. So much that I wanted one for me too. By the way, they are unisex — they look manly but, depending on your style, you girl may like them too.
They are all limited editions and for the one I liked they only produced 50 of them. In the dial there’s the character ‘shi’ in place of number 10 and their logo in place of 12. How cool is that?
Their uniqueness obviously comes with a price but it’s very reasonable. I took the brochure home and had a look. Will come back with a friend to help me in the buying process. I keep thinking how nice that watch will look like in my wrist. Sorry his wrist!
