As good as fish and chips get in HK.
We had the signature fish and chips, the fish bite and chips and the truffle oil chips with honey dip.
The customers were a demanding bunch of expat brats and their gweilo parents.
All the dishes were served fresh and hot. The fish bites were the biggest surprise: light and crispy batter with real fish pieces. Highly recommended.
We went for a Gweilo IPA (how ironic). The staff were very thoughtful, offering to serve the freshly cracked beer when the fish arrived — or immediately after ordering, if preferred.
Consumed this feast on the steps between piers 6 and 7 facing Kowloon. Doesn’t get much simpler — or better.
