Yisheng Organic have been brewing and supplying tea since 1996. They supply low carbon, organic tea around the world and to some of Hong Kong’s most celebrated and very cool cafes (including Grassroots Pantry, Locofama) They’re dedicated to premium tea at an affordable price and oh yeah, its absolutely delicious too.
Their «Moonlight» White tea is delicious with a slice of banana bread.
They work out of Fotan Industrial Studios (amazing in itself actually! I will be reviewing that later!) and routinely host workshops and lectures on the history and tradition of brewing tea.
Amazing company!
