Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Having spent 20 years in the international corporate world, I was going through a period of confusion and burn-​out. I was stressed, unhappy and my family life was suffering. I visited a life coach and found it very empowering to regain my own sense of self. That was 10 years ago and that event started me on a path of self-​discovery and awareness spiritually, emotionally and intellectually.

Driven by authenticity, honesty, and a desire to help others, I embarked upon several courses, met some amazing people and have transformed my own life from knee jerk reactions to events to a much more peaceful and mindful way of being.

Accredited through International Institute of Coaching, I am looking forward to continuing to help others in my career as Life & Executive Coach where I can combine my professional executive experience with being a daughter, wife, mother and friend and the constant juggle to keep everything moving forward. Now my passion is to pay it forward!
