Each time I go to this store I happen to be met with very unfriendly staff. The last time I was in Dubray I was asked to leave my buggy outside as it was«in the way» whilst the shop was completely empty! I carried my 1 year old on my arms, along with my handbag and some other shopping bags, looking for a book for my father. All the while the staff were watching me and not really interested in helping me. I will never be back. Management should improve friendliness.

I am a huge book fan and I do have to day I rarely buy my books new, I usually go for used books or go to a library, but on occasion when I need a new book, this is a great shop to go to. Its located in the blackrock shopping centre in a decent sized shop. It well organised into clear and easy to find sections. They have top sellers and staff picks and books on sale on display so its great for going in and doing a quick buy. There fiction section is quite big and they do offer a lot of choice. They have a wonderful kids section with a wooden car you can sit in and read. The staff are lovely people. There is a lot of light in the shop and its very quiet inside. It is a really relaxed environment and a good place to browse and look around.
