AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !
I have to say it’s not very often that I come across really bad customer service, I find most reasonable at resolving an issue. This shower have to take the award.
What was meant to be a quick half hour Saturday visit for a screen repair has turned into an expensive week of numerous visits.
Here we go… Dean messed up the screen repair on the first visit leaving the iphone useless.
On the second visit and now a second screen Dean again messed it up as it is still useless. (Dean clearly not experienced enough to be messing with your phone)
Third visit to Ben the owner & technician in the Bray Store, a promise of a repaired phone, and a home delivery of said phone, I was satisfied. Mmmm. no phone delivered, no phone call, and all his contact numbers not connecting.
Forth visit back up to Bray at 12.00pm to find a sign on the door «back at 4.30pm» (really, Like that’s the whole day)
Fifth visit back up to Bray at 4.30pm to a very apologetic Ben, again promising me a repaired phone and a full refund at 11.30am in the Wicklow Store. I felt a bit sorry for him and in his own words, he’s only 23 and new in business so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
Sixth visit down to Wicklow at agreed time of 11.30 am. No sign of Ben, but the inexperienced lovely Dean was there to greet me with plenty of attitude. Phone not repaired, but «should be done in an hour or something like that». Oh and no refund. Dean even expressed his shock at why the hell I was getting a refund and a repair (WTF).
So I have had another local phone shop repair my phone cheaper and in less than half an hour. It’s perfect.
Did I mention that this was a business phone, Did I mention that I hauled my 4 children with me and my double buggy too, oh and did I mention it was in the rain !
So I’m € 215 down for an iphone screen and no sign of my refund as again the numbers are not connecting…
Don’t think Ben will be in business long with this carry on.
