History

Established in 2012.

The Bridge Café is a not for profit café setup as part of a larger project to providing a service to the community.

The Café was setup in Dec 2012 and since then it has sought to provide good food, good service in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Any profit made will go back into the café or into the upstairs space which is used exclusively for and by the community through a variety a initiatives.

Fuzzy G.

Manager

Fuzzy studied Business and Marketing in Cork I.T.

After college he went on to work in a café before training as a pastry chef. He enjoyed this side of things before moving to the Bridge where he now doubles up as Manager and a Chef
