At Button & Spoon we also believe that there are few pleasures in life greater than sharing good food with great people. A hot drink on a cold day, a crisp fresh summer salad or a sumptuous slice of cake with a friend is food for the soul. Life is so fast, so demanding and erratic that sometimes we need to take a break. We need to catch our breaths, catch up with those people who matter or just simply devote a little time to ourselves!

History

Established in 2014.

This tearoom has been a long time in the making, like a good cup of tea it has needed time to draw. It started from our desire to build the kind of place we wanted to eat in; from there and over the last three years, we have nurtured the concept and watched it grow. We filled our home and our lives with all sorts of bits and pieces for «the business», we tested dishes and haggled with market stall holders for tea sets and we drove our family and friends mad. But every piece has been picked with care, passion and a love for what we are doing.

It’s been an adventure and while «the business» is ours the journey it will take will be very much driven by you. We hope you enjoy your visit and we always appreciate your opinions, suggestions and we love to have the chat!
