Elk Recruitment is a privately owned niche recruitment firm founded in 2015 with offices currently in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Our core competency is the placement of permanent and contract mid to senior level professionals within the Fenestration, Façade, Curtain Walling & Medical Device industry throughout Europe — Asia — North & South America.

Our in-​depth knowledge particularly of the façade industry comes from having worked for aluminium/​glass & steel façade, manufacturing companies for over 16 years domestically and internationally. During this time gaining invaluable experience and insight into elements of the business such as Estimation, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Project Management.

I have been working in the façade industry for the past 16 years, during this time I have held a variety of senior positions for Aluminium/​Steel/​Glass companies from Order Entry to Group Operations Manager managing staff of 800+ inclusive of design, procurement, manufacturing, project management, installation, Quality, H&S

I have an MSc. in Operations Management, Diploma in General Management, Post Grad Cert in Strategic Management, Cert in Finance and a Green belt in Six Sigma, so I understand the industry both professionally and academically and when speaking with clients and candidates can bring across a level of knowledge and professionalism regarding the inner workings of the industry.

I have always enjoyed the façade industry and all the stresses and strains that come with it and as such have built up an excellent connection base across the globe which holds Elk Recruitment in good stead.

I am very much a family man but love work and the challenge of building the Elk brand.
