We cover all aspects of construction wether it be new build or a renovation project.

We also do property maintenance and provide an out of hours service to these customers.

History

Established in 2004.

My Family has been in the building industry for many years, I was introduced to the industry by my father Noël Denning who was a well known builder in Co Cavan. I went to England in the 1990 to get work and experiance I returned home in 2000 and shortly after that started my own business with the help of my father. I have been in business ever since carrying out renovations, conversions, extensions and property maintenance all the small jobs that was so hard to get carried out in the boom time. I enjoy doing all these small jobs and dealing with the public on a daily basis, I have been lucky enough to forge a good reputation in my area for carrying out my work to a very high standard. I can provide many letters of recommendation from passed and present customers.

My name is Patrick Denning

I am married to Michelle and we have four children together.

Three boys one girl ranging in age from 16 to 2 years old.

Away from work, we enjoy days out to the seaside, playing sport and in general family fun days, movie days and so on.

I enjoy living in Co Cavan as the people are friendly and there is a lot of beautiful country side to enjoy.
