Excellent restaurant with consistent good quality food. This restaurant is run by Anne and Fergus Maxwell. An early bird Nenu is available mid week. Lunch is always a treat and consequently it is very busy so it’s a good idea to book. If it falls short on anything it would be the dessert menu. It could be a bit more varied and adventurous. This restaurant is also good value for money. Décor is good, very inviting with open fire and big leather sofas in bar area. Staff are really pleasant and effecient. Go and see for yourself.

Lovely food, this place is always busy for lunch or an evening meal. The early bird evening menu is very good value, I got a huge plate of breaded mushrooms and an 8 oz steak for € 21, if your looking for the best place to eat in Claremorris then you’ve found it!
